Ok…its T minus 2 days 18 hours 46 minutes and the preparations have begun. But first lets take a moment to celebrate the magical moment a year ago today. Now let the show begin. And I warn you but these pictures are not for the faint-hearted! The picture quality did not turn out too good as the camera was set for portrait rather than automatic and as such didn’t compensate for the girly pink walls that graces Serge’s.
This is the last time you will see me with a full head of hair for a while. Notice how calm and collect Lori is. The crazy dude holding the gun to the poor chick’s head is Alan who had the honors the first time around.
Another shot of Lori and her beautiful smile waiting for me to shut up.
Coach Polita giving Lori instructions based upon her observations the first time around. Notice the lady in the middle of the picture peeking around the corner to see what the commotion is all about.
Taking a break while Polita sweeps up the mound of hair. And another shot of Lori’s beautiful smile.
My new Little Richard look.
Coach Polita approves again!
Here is Alan who figures I am going to cost him a fortune in overtime so he decided to try to pull out the rest of what was left. Sorry dude…no tip for ya!
Aren’t I gorgeous! I wonder how much more faster I’ll get with the new sleek aerodynamic look.
God Almighty! Its the Greatest! Spread the Love!
Taking a break and practicing for the next round of Dancing with the Stars. I am beginning to think that Lori’s smile is permanently engraved on her face.
And in the end, this is how it came out but wait; there’s more………..
To add suspense, I have decided to stop right here. Tune in tomorrow for the continuation of the preparations of going fully bionic. Tonight, I am going to take my new ‘do over to President and First Lady Roll’s house for the annual Checkers Athletic Club Holiday party which will feature fat-free and low-fat fare, Flying Bison Beer and Steph’s world famous taco dip! Till then…
Oh goodness…you are, apparently, nearly as much of a nut as I am…and that’s scary ;). I can’t believe that your surgery is almost here…seems like we’ve been looking at that ticker forever, and the time has really flown by. You’re in our thoughts and prayers over here…GOOD LUCK!! 🙂
And, I know this isn’t a food blog, but it’s really unfair of you to mention “world famous taco dip” and not tell us how it’s made. I vote that Steph does a guest blog and shares the recipe!
HAHA! I love it! This is the best posts I have ever seen and you made some pretty good post but this! HAHAAHAHA!!!
