This a real neat website….check it out….as we got elfed.
As of this writing, thirty more days remain before I become fully bionic with my left ear receiving a cochlear implant. I didn’t think it was going to happen especially with my new job. I am fortunate to be working for an organization (Willcare) that cares about and values its employees and my boss is letting me go ahead with the surgery and work from home, while recovering. Thanks Dave! Tonight is the holiday party at some fancy hotel, downtown Buffalo. And then later tonight, we are suppose to get one heck of a winter storm with blizzard conditions tomorrow.
On the running front, last week was the last race for 2007. And I never thought it would happen but I became Tony’s dead rabbit, finally! For what he has gone through, the man truly deserves the honor…
Training has already started for the 2008 season and consists of stuffing his truly’s face with holiday joy while doing 10K on the treadmill. In my next article, I will review how I did with my goals of 2007 and set them for 2008.
You’ve got more talents than just running, apparently…dancing totally seems to be your thing!
Funny…my mom just sent us an e-mail a little while ago…she “elfed” my family…too cute!
CONGRATS on the upcoming surgery date…are you getting excited yet?
Stay warm in the storm! It’s supposed to be cold here (high of 35 and low of 28), but no snow!
LOL!! I didn’t elfed but I got jibjabbed! http://www.jibjab.com/sendables/view/ojOTY9o0wSsihanhnrs7FXcB
Thank goodness your countdown is dwindling down. it seems like only yesterday that I remember the countdown being at 100 some odd days.
